An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Relations Specialist to join our team in North Pattaya. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between property management and retail tenants, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction. Key responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and commercial tenants regarding daily enquiries and operational matters - Coordinate retail fit-outs, store openings, and lease compliance alongside the operations team - Address and resolve tenant feedback or maintenance issues in a prompt and professional manner - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure communal areas and retail units meet presentation and safety standards - Assist with administrative reporting, tenant communications, and regular service reviews What we're looking for: - Prior experience in tenant relations, property management, or guest services - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset - Good communication skills in Thai and English - Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with various departments Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
