We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaking) to join our busy restaurant team in Pattaya. In this role, you will support daily floor operations, ensure high service standards, and help lead front-of-house staff. Key responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain excellent service quality - Liaise with Chinese-speaking guests and handle customer enquiries efficiently - Supervise, train, and motivate service staff during peak dining hours - Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth service flow - Assist management with stock control, shift scheduling, and reporting What we're looking for: - Strong spoken fluency in Mandarin Chinese alongside Thai or English - Prior supervisory experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector - Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
