Antidotes & Co is seeking a proactive Store Operations Manager to oversee retail operations at their busy branch in Pattaya. This role involves leading the in-store team, driving daily sales targets, and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and exceptional customer experiences. - Supervise, train, and motivate the retail floor team to achieve store sales targets. - Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards. - Handle customer enquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. - Prepare operational reports and liaise with senior management on performance improvements. What we're looking for: - Proven experience in retail store management or a senior retail operations role. - Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and customer care. - Good communication skills in Thai and conversational English.
