Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is looking for an energetic Cook 3 to join the kitchen team at the Hard Rock Cafe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to prepare iconic dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. Key responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to brand recipes and presentation standards - Maintain a clean, sanitised, and well-organised kitchen station throughout service - Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and mise en place - Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure proper food rotation and storage - Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations What we're looking for: - Previous culinary experience or relevant vocational training in a kitchen - Basic knowledge of food preparation methods and hygiene practices - Positive attitude with the stamina to work busy shifts, including weekends and holidays - Strong team spirit and effective communication skills Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
