OWNDAYS is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Optical Sales Staff member to join the store team at their Terminal 21 Pattaya branch. This role focuses on helping customers select the right eyewear and delivering exceptional retail service. Key responsibilities: - Welcoming customers and providing personalised guidance on frames and lenses. - Assisting with basic optical measurements and eye-test preparations. - Processing transactions accurately using the retail point-of-sale system. - Maintaining store visual merchandising standards and keeping displays organised. - Providing basic eyewear maintenance, cleaning, and frame adjustments for clients. What we're looking for: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within optical retail. - Friendly approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Basic conversational English skills to assist international shoppers.
