The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead commercial growth and brand presence. Based in the Pattaya area, this senior leadership role oversees strategic sales, marketing campaigns, and revenue generation for the property. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise resort revenue. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, marketing, and reservations teams. - Cultivate strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and commercial partners. - Oversee digital marketing, public relations, and promotional activities across all channels. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. What we're looking for: - Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing within luxury or lifestyle hospitality. - Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and commercial acumen. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. - Fluency in English, with Thai language skills considered an advantage.
