Canvas Hotel Pattaya is assembling an energetic pre-opening hospitality team managed by PCL Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand new property and deliver outstanding guest experiences in central Pattaya. Key responsibilities: - Assist with front desk setup, system testing, and preparation for hotel launch - Welcome arriving guests warmly and manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest enquiries, room reservations, and local tourist advice in person or via telephone - Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain accurate guest folios and handle cash and card transactions responsibly What we're looking for: - Prior front office or customer service experience within the hospitality sector - Good command of spoken English and Thai; additional languages are advantageous - Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt during a busy pre-opening phase - Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
