Wine Pro is seeking a customer-focused Wine Shop Staff and Cashier to join their retail team in Pattaya. This role involves assisting shoppers with wine selections while ensuring smooth daily till operations. Key responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide helpful advice on wine selections and related products - Process sales transactions accurately using the POS till system and manage daily cash reconciliation - Restock display shelves, monitor stock levels, and keep the shop floor tidy and presentable - Assist with receiving stock deliveries and carrying out regular inventory counts - Handle customer enquiries politely in person and over the phone What we're looking for: - Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service - An interest in wine and beverages, with a willingness to learn product details - Good communication skills in Thai, with basic conversational English - Honest, punctual, and well-organised approach to daily duties Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
