LH Mall & Hotel Co., Ltd. is seeking an energetic Event and Activity Officer to support promotional campaigns and visitor engagement at Terminal 21 Pattaya. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering exciting on-site events that drive footfall and create memorable experiences for shoppers. Key responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, and weekend promotional activities. - Liaise with external vendors, entertainers, and contractors to ensure smooth logistics and setup. - Oversee on-ground event operations and address any practical issues promptly during live showcases. - Gather participant feedback and assess event outcomes to help refine future marketing efforts. - Work closely with internal marketing and tenant relations teams to maximise event visibility. What we're looking for: - Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or public relations, ideally within retail or hospitality. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. - Good command of Thai with workable conversational English for dealing with diverse visitors. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when events take place.
