We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at The Baristro in Central Pattaya. This role focuses on leading the team, maintaining high beverage standards, and delivering exceptional hospitality to both local and international patrons. Key responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day cafe operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control. - Train, mentor, and supervise baristas to ensure consistent beverage quality. - Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise operational wastage. - Handle guest feedback professionally and uphold strict food safety standards. - Drive sales performance and support promotional initiatives across the branch. What we're looking for: - Proven experience as a cafe manager or supervisor in a busy hospitality environment. - Strong knowledge of speciality coffee, beverage preparation, and food hygiene. - Good communication skills in Thai, with conversational English for interacting with tourists. - A proactive leadership style with solid problem-solving skills.
