Gagan (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join the Zara team in Pattaya. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and represent one of the world's leading fashion brands on the sales floor. Key responsibilities: - Welcome customers warmly and assist them with styling advice and product enquiries - Maintain visual merchandising standards across the sales floor and fitting rooms - Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk - Replenish stock levels and keep store displays organised and tidy - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly store targets What we're looking for: - Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within fashion - Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset - Basic English conversational ability to assist international shoppers - Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
