Topspin Sport Services is seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to lead member engagement at our sports club in Pattaya. In this dynamic role, you will foster a welcoming club culture, organise sports events, and connect with players of all skill levels. Key responsibilities: - Engage with club members, visitors, and players to build an active sports community. - Plan and coordinate club tournaments, social mixers, and padel coaching sessions. - Manage social media channels and digital communication to promote club activities. - Gather member feedback to improve club operations and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with coaching staff and management to drive membership growth. What we're looking for: - Proven experience in community management, hospitality, or sports club administration. - Strong communication skills in English, with conversational Thai being an advantage. - A genuine passion for sports, fitness, or racquet games such as padel and tennis. - Friendly, proactive personality with excellent customer service skills.
