FazWaz (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join their dynamic property team in Pattaya. In this role, you will assist clients with property sales and long-term rentals across the local market. Key responsibilities: - Respond promptly to client enquiries regarding residential sales and rental listings - Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants - Negotiate deals between owners and clients to secure successful transactions - Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of available properties and client records - Coordinate the closing process and facilitate tenancy agreements What we're looking for: - Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles in Pattaya - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with Thai being an advantage - A proactive attitude, professional presentation, and reliable transport Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
