We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to join our pre-opening hotel team in Jomtien, Pattaya. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive business development and establish key client relationships from the ground up. Key responsibilities: - Identify and secure new corporate, leisure, and travel agency accounts to drive room revenue. - Conduct client site inspections, sales calls, and presentations to promote the property. - Assist the Sales Manager in preparing market analysis, revenue forecasts, and sales budgets. - Coordinate with front office and reservations to ensure smooth group bookings and event handling. - Attend industry networking events and trade shows to maximise brand exposure. What we're looking for: - Prior hotel sales experience in Pattaya or the Eastern Seaboard market. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Good command of written and spoken English and Thai. - Enthusiastic attitude with a target-driven mindset, particularly for pre-opening operations.
