Siam Wellness Group is seeking an experienced Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager to oversee safety operations at their premises in the Pattaya and Na Jomtien area. This pivotal leadership role ensures the protection of guests, staff, and company assets across the property. Key responsibilities: - Manage daily security operations, surveillance systems, and guard patrol schedules. - Develop and implement robust emergency response procedures and safety protocols. - Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all facilities. - Coordinate with local emergency services and law enforcement when required. - Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of security team personnel. What we're looking for: - Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality or commercial security. - Strong knowledge of emergency response, fire safety, and CCTV operations. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Good command of Thai, with working English capability.
