A leading food business represented by Jackson Grant Recruitment in Pattaya is seeking an experienced Food Research and Development Manager. This role leads the culinary innovation and technical product development process from initial concept to commercial launch. Key responsibilities: - Lead the development and formulation of innovative food products aligned with market trends - Oversee recipe testing, shelf-life evaluations, and sensory panels to ensure optimal quality - Collaborate with production and procurement teams to scale up kitchen trials to commercial manufacturing - Ensure all new recipes comply with Thai food safety standards and export regulations - Manage raw ingredient sourcing and cost-effective ingredient substitution initiatives What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline - Proven track record in a food development or laboratory leadership role - Strong understanding of food chemistry, preservation techniques, and industrial processing - Good communication skills in English and Thai Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
