Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at The Shack poolside venue. This exciting role combines vibrant poolside hospitality with first-class customer service in central Pattaya. Key responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations at the poolside bar and dining area - Supervise, train, and motivate the service and bar team - Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness - Manage stock levels, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures - Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service What we're looking for: - Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel bar or restaurant - Good communication skills in English and Thai - Strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to guest service - Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
