An established international hotel property in Pattaya is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily business functions. This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and maximising guest satisfaction across all operational departments. Key responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of rooms division, food and beverage, and support departments. - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experiences and team efficiency. - Monitor financial performance, manage departmental budgets, and control operating costs. - Ensure brand standards, health and safety regulations, and quality controls are rigorously upheld. - Mentor department heads and build a collaborative, high-performing service culture. What we're looking for: - Proven leadership experience as a Director of Operations or Operations Manager within upscale hotels. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing operational budgets. - Exceptional interpersonal, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
