Romyenpensuk Property Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to join their team in Pattaya. This role focuses on supporting property marketing initiatives and expanding the company's market reach across the local area. Key responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns. - Manage social media channels and update property listings regularly. - Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract prospective clients. - Coordinate marketing events, open houses, and local promotional activities. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing activity reports. What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Prior experience in marketing, preferably within the property or real estate sector. - Good communication skills in Thai and fair proficiency in English. - Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital design tools.
