Lunique Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Pattaya. In this role, you will connect with international and local buyers to showcase prime real estate developments across the city. Key responsibilities: - Present residential properties and development projects to prospective clients - Conduct property viewings and manage client negotiations through to successful closing - Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas buyers - Stay informed on current real estate market trends and property values in Pattaya - Meet agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets What we're looking for: - Proven experience in property sales or real estate consulting - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude - Good knowledge of the Pattaya property market Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
