Antidotes & Co is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join their retail team in Pattaya. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting products to both local residents and international visitors. Key responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections and enquiries. - Process cash and card transactions accurately using the retail point-of-sale system. - Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves are fully stocked. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks. - Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and welcoming throughout the day. What we're looking for: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles. - Friendly personality with good communication skills and conversational English. - Reliable team player able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
