An established wellness and spa brand is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at its branch in Pattaya. This key leadership role involves managing daily facility performance, guiding service teams, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure high service quality throughout the premises. - Lead, train, and mentor department supervisors, therapists, and front-line staff. - Monitor operational budgets, track branch sales targets, and control expenses effectively. - Enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety standards across all guest and staff areas. - Handle customer relations and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. What we're looking for: - Proven management experience within the spa, wellness, or hospitality sectors. - Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities. - Sound business acumen with experience in revenue tracking and cost control. - Good proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
