The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead commercial strategy. This pivotal role oversees all revenue generation, brand positioning, and promotional initiatives for the property in Pattaya. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, marketing, and public relations teams. - Cultivate strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and media partners. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand to identify new business opportunities. - Oversee the annual marketing budget and measure campaign effectiveness. What we're looking for: - Proven track record as a Director of Sales and Marketing within luxury or lifestyle hospitality. - Strong strategic commercial mindset with established industry network connections. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English, with Thai being an advantage.
