Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is seeking a professional Spa and Recreation Receptionist to join their hospitality team in Pattaya. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer care, manage wellness bookings, and oversee guest recreation facilities. Key responsibilities: - Warmly welcome guests and provide detailed information about spa treatments and leisure activities - Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately using the resort reservation system - Maintain clean, tidy, and relaxing reception and recreation areas throughout the day - Process guest payments, handle cashiering duties, and promote wellness retail products - Assist with monitoring and preparing recreational equipment for guest usage What we're looking for: - Previous experience in a hotel front desk, spa reception, or customer service role - Good command of spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills - A positive, service-minded attitude and smart, professional presentation - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Apply through PattayaStaff and the employer will be in touch about the next steps.
