An established international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee culinary and service operations in Pattaya. This senior leadership position focuses on driving revenue, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences across all outlets. Key responsibilities: - Lead and manage the daily operations of all restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities. - Develop creative dining concepts, promotions, and seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team. - Control departmental budgets, labour costs, and food and beverage inventory to maximise profitability. - Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and guest service. - Mentor, train, and develop service managers and frontline hospitality staff. What we're looking for: - Proven track record as a Food and Beverage Director within upscale hotels or multi-outlet venues. - Strong commercial acumen, financial planning skills, and operational leadership. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with Thai language proficiency considered an asset. - A passion for hospitality trends and service innovation.
