We are seeking an experienced Mall Operations Manager to oversee daily facility and tenant operations at our community mall property in Pattaya. Working within a dynamic commercial and hospitality environment, you will ensure high operational standards, tenant satisfaction, and an exceptional visitor experience. Key responsibilities: - Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and security protocols across the mall premises. - Coordinate closely with retail tenants regarding operational requirements, lease compliance, and store fit-outs. - Supervise on-site facilities teams and external service contractors to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards. - Monitor operational budgets, utility management, and routine building maintenance schedules. - Address customer feedback promptly and implement continuous improvements to the visitor journey. What we're looking for: - Proven experience in commercial retail property, community mall, or facility management. - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tenant relations. - Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
