Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is seeking an experienced Revenue and E-Commerce Manager to oversee revenue optimisation and digital sales channels in Pattaya. This key management position is responsible for maximising room yield and driving direct online bookings. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels. - Manage and optimise relationships with online travel agencies and digital booking partners. - Monitor market demand, competitor rates, and booking trends to produce accurate revenue forecasts. - Maintain channel manager connectivity and ensure strict rate parity across all platforms. - Work closely with the marketing team to design effective e-commerce promotional campaigns.
