Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is seeking an experienced Revenue and E-Commerce Manager to oversee revenue optimisation and digital sales channels in Pattaya. This key management position is responsible for maximising room yield and driving direct online bookings. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels. - Manage and optimise relationships with online travel agencies and digital booking partners. - Monitor market demand, competitor rates, and booking trends to produce accurate revenue forecasts. - Maintain channel manager connectivity and ensure strict rate parity across all platforms. - Work closely with the marketing team to design effective e-commerce promotional campaigns. What we're looking for: - Proven background in hotel revenue management and e-commerce within the hospitality sector. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue tools, property management systems, and channel managers. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - A proactive mindset with strong commercial acumen.
